# The opposite of forcing one person to help another via government handout/assistance programs and taxation would be to make charity illegal.
Currently the U.S. government is engaged in left-wing extremism by plundering the taxpayer in order to force one person to work for another via government handout programs.  This is not only a human rights violation, it is also a violation of the prohibition on involuntary servitude of the 13th Amendment.  I call it
Taxpayer Slavery.  I am for the center, where freedom lies on this issue, allowing people to choose when and how much to help others either directly or through private charities.  By eliminating government socialist programs, true checks and balance will exist in the American charity system because a person can stop giving to a bad charity without an act of Congress.  This will force the American charity system to be efficient.  Elimination of Taxpayer Slavery would make income taxes obsolete.  The economic boon of cutting federal government spending and tax burden by 50% would create jobs for all who were willing to work.  We would be nowhere near a recession.  This is what I call being on the right side of the economic power curve.  If we are not willing to use the Constitution to protect our rights, which is what it was designed to do, then don't we deserve to have our rights violated?
We should not trade our birth right of freedom for a bowl of government soup.

Tired of greedy politicians who use your labor to get elected by promising their voters that they will tax you and give it to their voters via government handout programs?  This is just the kind of thing that our Constitution is supposed to protect you from.  It is time to take the offensive against socialism by going after the spending side of the equation, being purely defensive by trying to limit tax burden is not working and will not solve constitutional violations.  The American Constitution Party and Erik J. Brauer, candidate for U.S. House Colorado District 2, do hereby offer you an opportunity to reverse the out of control corruption and growth of the U.S. Government, and have a lot of fun at the same time !  A vote for Erik J. This campaign is based on and will attempt to confirm the following.
= The average U.S. Citizen already understands what is being done to him, or can understand it if somebody will explain it.
= A good attempt to explain it has never been attempted in the Denver area, I have never heard it in the15 years I have been paying attention.  I suspect therefore, it has not been done anywhere else.
= Nobody will come out and say what needs to be said, because they are too worried about getting votes.
= Telling it like it is will get votes for freedom within a couple of election cycles by creating solid support, through understanding, with people who are currently being ignored by the 2 big political parties.
= Once the conversation about Taxpayer Slavery starts, it will have legs of its own and common sense will win.

= The average U.S. Citizen has enough character not to support
Taxpayer Slavery, or any politician who perpetrates it, once they know what it is.
= There are already enough of us to stop the slavery, but we are sitting around thinking that there isn't enough of us to stop the slavery.
= Nobody has yet brought a case before the Supreme Court declaring a violation of our 13th amendment rights.
Have a little faith in your fellow citizens.  Let's give this a try.  I am willing to be the point man and take the flack big media is going to throw at me.  I'll need your financial support for radio ads.

It seams to me that the campaign season is the time discuss issues using big media that big media usually ignore,  thereby informing the uninformed people, and a campaign is the best way to do that.  I have seen campaign seasons come and go with very little discussion of issues.  Since the level of abuse you now suffer is at least the amount of income taxes you currently pay, and doing what you've always done will almost always get you what you've always gotten, (in this case an overall steady increase in your amount of involuntary servitude), it would be wise for you to ask yourself how much it is worth to you to try and stop the slavery using the bold approach of this campaign.

Imagine this on a bill board in your town  I think it would spark debate, logic will take care of the rest.  People who went to the web site would get an education on socialism, human nature and the law of our land.  Put one of these up in your town if you want to have some fun with the socialists.

These will be going up soon if enough people care about freedom to make $1600 available to the campaign. Yes, this means you.

This single campaign has the potential to help Republicans stick to their limited government platform, and cause Democrats to lose elections across the U.S.A.  This campaign is virtually guaranteed to work because the campaign itself is designed to bring about change by exposing socialism for 13th amendment violation that it is.  Winning the election is not necessary.  Even if Republicans win the U.S. Senate and keep the U.S. House, they'll need this campaign to be aggressively run in order for it to be politically possible to do what needs to be done.  If this campaign can get something like 20% of the vote for a candidate that came out of nowhere, politicians might see freedom as a winning issue.  The only variable is whether people will lift a finger to do something for themselves, and their children, by contributing to this campaign.  If even 1% of the people who are currently serving involuntarily were willing to put $20 of effort toward this campaign, we could make a noise big enough to cause immediate relief, and end the slavery in the near future.  Since money is labor in a stored format, all it will take to be successful is our combined efforts.  The bigger noise this campaign makes, the better the chances are that it will get national attention and make Taxpayer Slavery unpopular nation wide.  If we act quickly, we can still stop the Federal government from signing you and your kids up to pay for prescription drugs !

In the end, the people who actually get things done always end up paying the government handout bill, either directly via taxation or indirectly through higher costs, caused by taxes, of the things we buy.  There is no way to escape the servitude when the government is doing it, this is why government run socialism puts the taxpayers in a position of involuntary servitude, a violation of the 13th amendment.

This campaign will also offer people the opportunity to sign onto a class action law suit, which will sue for our13th amendment rights, so that we don't have to wait for the majority to vote right.  This law suit will determine whether or not we have kangaroo courts.  Government programs which transfer wealth, force the taxpayer to involuntarily serve those people who get government handouts, a violation the 13th amendment whether a judge rules it to be true or not.  If the courts fail to uphold the Constitution, it is incumbent upon us, We The People, to move to impeach the judges involved, by reason of violating their oath of office.  If we are willing to defer to judges who fly in the face of fact and logic by ruling that wealth transfer programs created by the government do not violate our 13th amendment rights, then we have just made judges the equivalent of King.  If we sit by while the Constitution is trampled, we become accomplices and are answerable to future generations.  Thomas Jefferson said that the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.  WE haven't been paying the price, you can see what is happening to our freedom.  It is critical that we speak up, or the government can assume that our servitude is voluntary.  Contact minuteman2000@truthmail.com to get your name on the class action law suit.

As our founding fathers declared in the Declaration of Independence;
WE hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness -- That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. The founders declaration of Liberty as an unalienable Right included not being forced to work for somebody else.  Since it is true that in the end, the people who actually get things done always end up paying the government handout bill, government programs which transfer wealth trample on your Liberty WHILE you are Pursing Happiness, a curtailing of both unalienable rights, and this is true regardless of how any judge or judges rule.  This campaign is an attempt to return our government to constitutional limitation, it has become destructive to Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.  By sounding the alarm in the public square of mainstream media thereby educating the voters, pressure will be put on the courts to do the right thing.  I may not live through the attempt, but it is true that blood is often the price of Liberty.  As Patrick Henry said "give me Liberty or give me death".  On the other hand, if nobody is willing to join the effort, such as not contributing enough dollars to this campaign to sound the alarm loud enough, we can continue down the current path and pass tyranny on to our children.

I don't see any point to abolishing this government.  It is the best system anybody has ever come up with.  The farther we get from the intentions of the founding fathers, the worse things get.  The problems we are having come from human nature and would be present with any freedom based government.  You can get an idea about how I would govern, by the following amendment I would propose in order solve most of our problems.
-  The Constitution is the supreme Law of the Land and is to be taken literally.  The Federal government may not do anything which is not specifically stated in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution or amendments.  The purpose of government is to protect citizens rights from being violated by other people, not to protect people from themselves. -

For those of you who are content to live under Taxpayer Slavery, this part of the Declaration of Independence was written for you;
and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed.
To put it in modern English, because of human nature tendencies of laziness irresponsibility, and the human nature tendency to get used to being abused as long as it is manageable, most people would rather go along to get along, than do the right thing.
  If that describes you, then get on the ball or get out of the way.  If YOU are not part of the solution, then YOU are part of the problem.

The second amendment was put into the Bill of Rights, by a group of people who had just pointed guns at their own former government.  The purpose of the 2nd amendment was to make sure that our government officials would take their oath of office seriously and would not become tyrannical.  As I have already explained, they are violating their oaths of office.  Now you know why they are trying to take away our guns.  Meanwhile the liberals are still saying, 'tyranny could never happen in America', while they are the ones perpetrating it and trying to take away our guns.

I want to stress the importance of putting an end to government run socialism by standing up for our 13th amendment rights.  If we are not willing to complain that the servitude caused by government programs which transfer wealth are involuntary, politicians can continue to think that they are not violating the Constitution.  The result will be Democrats continuing to buy their way into office by bribing voters with government handouts then abusing taxpayers by taking money from the treasury once they get power.  The liberals who used YOU to buy their way into office will also appoint judges who will not uphold our constitutional rights, making it hard to break the cycle.  Standing up for our 13th amendment rights will effectively de-fund the left. 

Besides being unconstitutional, government programs are the worst way to help the poor.  It is government nature to be inefficient and wasteful.  Government is greedy.  When government does a bad job, they raise your taxes because it is the easy way out.  This campaign should change that.
Unbreakable laws of economics, which make socialism fail every time it is tried, dictate the following;
- When you tax something, you will get less of it ~ taxing work = more poverty
- When you fund something, you will get more of it ~ paying people to be poor = more poverty

Government programs, which transfer wealth, stupidly do both of the above at the same time, and are, therefore; actually a war on prosperity.  Who is greedier, people who don't want to be forced to involuntarily serve wasteful government handout/election schemes, or the people who want to take the fruit of other peoples labor and spend it as they see fit?  Imagine what the economy would be like if people did not have to pay income taxes, we would have to kick people off of welfare in order to fill most of the job openings.  We are definitely on the wrong side of the economic power curve.  Taxpayer Slavery is no way to make sure we have the resources to fight a war.

Private charity, privately run socialism, is voluntary servitude.  Private charities do a much better job of keeping fraud and waste to a minimum because they can't force you to give more.  Private charities help the poor without violating your 13th amendment right not to be put into involuntary servitude, because money/servitude is only given voluntarily.  Even if a certain private charity starts doing a bad job, you can correct the problem, without an act of Congress, by no longer donating to that charity.  Private charities, family and friends are the best way to help the poor because there are real checks and balances to keep the system honest.

When government is violating our rights, such as the 13th amendment, it is our duty as citizens to correct it.  The more funding, the quicker the job will get done.  If have to do it all by myself, I expect it will take me between 15 and 30 years, if I live that long.  Since government handout programs are at least 44% of the Federal Budget, about the same amount as the Federal government gets from income taxes, you can consider your income taxes to be at least the amount slavery you are currently under each year.  When considering how much to give, add up how much income taxes it will cost you over the next 15 to 30 years to wait for me to do this all by myself.  Don't forget the interest.  If every body who wanted to end Taxpayer Slavery gave $20, increasing socialism could be halted this year and most of the slavery could be ended in under 5 years.  Do something for yourself and the next generation, contribute now.  Let us not say to our kids that we had the opportunity, but failed to act.

I call Democrats 'The Slavery Party', because they are the ones always inventing new government handout programs in order to bribe voters to vote for them. These handout programs require tax dollars. Erik J. July 1st - The official paper work for Erik J. Brauer U.S. House District 2 was turned into the Colorado Secretary of State.  Fund raising began.

July 31st - I am amazed at the number of people who claim to be against socialism but are unwilling to contribute even 1 cent to stop it.  So far the campaign has been pledged $185 and nothing has been collected.  I bring home $1200 a month and have $1100 a month in bills, so this campaign depends on you.
I have found that people who have been in the freedom fight for years are usually resigned and cynical.  Most of them do not understand how this approach is supposed to work and few will spend enough time talking to see the big picture.  These people have turned out to be the most unhelpful and stiff necked.  I suppose they would have already been taking this approach if they had the vision to think of it.  We are going to have to free ourselves without them.  I doubt I will waste any more of my time trying to approach these people.
I am prepared to spend less than $5,000 on this campaign and avoid the red tape associated with higher levels.  The next 2 years can be used for fund raising.  This means that currently, you are looking at waiting at least another 2 years for the big push, but I'm ready to go now if you are.  If you are thinking about how much to contribute, consider how much an extra 2 years of income taxes will cost you.

Taxpayer Slavery;
1) The government forcing you to work for somebody else by raising your taxes in order to pay for government programs such as Medicaid, Food Stamps or subsidized housing etc.
2) Government programs which are design to transfer wealth.

Reasons why government programs are the worst way to help the poor

Government Welfare Programs are a war on prosperity, not poverty.
Unbreakable laws of economics, which make socialism fail every time it is tried, dictate the following;
- When you tax something, you will get less of it ~ taxing work = more poverty
- When you fund something, you will get more of it ~ paying people to be poor = more poverty

Government programs, which transfer wealth, stupidly do both of the above at the same time, and are, therefore; actually a war on prosperity.

Government Welfare Programs make the needy into a political football.
It is heartless to make the needy depend on the will of voters.  With only private charity as an option, people in need will have family (with more money in their pockets due to less taxes), friends (with more money in their pockets due to less taxes) and charity (with more money available from people due to less taxes), which are much more responsive than government.

Government Welfare Programs by nature will always become less efficient than private charities.
It is government nature to be inefficient and wasteful.  Government is greedy.  When government does a bad job, they raise your taxes because it is the easy way out.

Not only do these government handout programs steal incentive to go to work, they add injury to insult by forcing taxpayers to involuntarily serve others when a person works hard and becomes successful!
The latest attempt to discourage work is a prescription drug program for the elderly. If a person wants to use medical science to try and cheat death in old age, maybe they should have to work hard while they've got the chance.

Liberals feel that life is a lottery, and that the winners of life's lottery must be forced to help the losers via taxes and government handout programs. Unfortunately, this plays into the human nature tendencies of laziness and irresponsibility which causes more poverty.
Conservatives think that everyone can be successful, that each person must overcome the obstacles in his or her particular life in order to be successful. Since necessity is the mother of invention, giving somebody a handout steals the incentive they need to find the solutions for their life. The Conservative view counteracts human nature tendencies of laziness and irresponsibility.
So, left of center would be to force some people to help others via government programs, right of center would be to make some or all charity illegal. The middle would be freedom to choose when and how much to help others, either directly or by giving to charity.
Currently, the U.S. Government is engaged in left wing extremism by forcing people to involuntarily serve others via government social programs.

A person who works hard to pull his own weight must continue to put forth effort in order to be successful year in and year out.  A person who comes up with an excuse to get government handouts is set for life with no further effort, other than playing government red tape games, required.  The excuse person rules the day because he makes the taxpayer into his slave.

The absurdity of Atheists appealing to the Constitution to remove 'under God' from the Pledge of Allegiance

The Declaration of Independence is a document which has been ratified by all 50 states.  The Declaration of Independence clearly states that our unalienable Rights come from our Creator.  The Constitution is the document which describes how those God given rights are to be protected.  When an Atheist appeals the Constitution to try and push his idea that there is no God, he is using a document the he has already declared null and void when he disavowed God.

The importance of saying we have God given rights, is that man has no jurisdiction to remove rights he has not given.  If our rights did not come from God, then they came from man.  What man gives, man has the authority to take away, by majority rule for instance.  I wonder how many Atheists realize the jeopardy they put their own freedom in, when they claim there is no God.

If an Atheist is not going to be a hypocrite, then they will have to forget about the Constitution and take what the majority gives him.


The Paradox of Atheism

I suppose an Atheist could say that his rights come from the source of universal laws rather than man, probably the same source as the laws of physics which governed the creation and coarse of the universe.  Laws which have always existed and that are all around us.  Laws which can't be changed and are a source of truth.  Sounds a lot like God to me, the only difference is if this power and source of truth in the universe has self awareness.
If an Atheist does not believe in God, then where did we come from, evolution?  If an Atheist thinks that human beings came from evolution, which would take more faith than I have, then he would have to say that his creator is nature.  Since he is subject to the laws of nature, nature can be the god he is referring to when he says 'one Nation under God' in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Please help me to be a good steward of the freedoms God has given us
