# All wealth is labor in a stored format, whether that wealth is in the form of a house or the paycheck you earn. Tired of greedy politicians who use your labor to get elected by promising their voters that they will tax you and give it to their voters via government handout programs? This is just the kind of thing that our Constitution is supposed to protect you from. It is time to take the offensive against socialism by going after the spending side of the equation, being purely defensive by trying to limit tax burden is not working and will not solve constitutional violations. The American Constitution Party and Erik J. Brauer, candidate for U.S. House Colorado District 2, do hereby offer you an opportunity to reverse the out of control corruption and growth of the U.S. Government, and have a lot of fun at the same time ! A vote for Erik J. Brauer, is a vote for freedom. Let's show other politicians that freedom is a winning issue ! This campaign is based on and will attempt to confirm the following. Doing what you've always done will almost always get you what you've always gotten. In this case an overall steady increase in your amount of involuntary servitude. This campaign
offers you a chance to participate in a new and bold approach.
This single campaign has the potential to help Republicans stick to their limited government platform, and cause Democrats to lose elections across the U.S.A. by exposing socialism for the 13th amendment violation that it is. Winning the election is not necessary. If we act quickly, we can still stop the Federal government from signing you and your kids up to pay for prescription drugs ! Say with Jessie Jackson rhyming style > Regardless of how taxes are collected, it is the spending side which must be corrected. This campaign will also offer people the opportunity to sign onto a class action law suit, which will sue for our13th amendment rights, so that we don't have to wait for the majority to vote right. It is critical that we speak up, or the government can assume that our
servitude is voluntary. Contact minuteman2000@truthmail.com
to get your name on the class action law suit. Who says that government handout programs violate the
taxpayers 13th amendment rights? (say it with me now) WE
DO!!! Did you catch that? Just like our founding fathers declared their
Rights when they were
being forced to pay an unjust 2% tax by the King, we get to, and must, be the ones to say whether the servitude,
that wealth transfer programs put you under, is involuntary.
The founders declaration of Liberty as an unalienable Right included not being forced to work for somebody else. As Patrick Henry said "give me Liberty or give me death". I don't see any point to abolishing this
government. The problems we are having come from human nature and would be
present with any freedom based government. For those of you who are content to live under Taxpayer Slavery, if YOU are not part of the
solution, then YOU are part of the problem.
The purpose of the 2nd amendment was to make sure that our government officials
would take their oath of office seriously and would not become tyrannical.
As I have already explained, they are violating their oaths of office. I want to stress the importance of putting an end to government run
socialism by standing up for our 13th
amendment rights. Besides being unconstitutional, government programs are the worst way to help the
poor. It is government nature to be inefficient and wasteful.
Government is greedy. Private charity, privately run socialism, is voluntary servitude. Private charities, family and friends are the best way to help
the poor because there are real checks and balances to keep the system honest. Americans have been brain washed for years by Democrats and
Democrat controlled media into thinking that you are mean and cruel if you do
not support government welfare programs. If you are now finding out how it
is actually mean, cruel and unconstitutional/illegal to support government
welfare programs, you may need to click on one of the links below for
reassurance or deprogramming. When government is violating our rights, such as the 13th amendment, it is our duty as citizens to correct it. The more funding, the quicker the job will get done. If have to do it all by myself, I expect it will take me between 15 and 30 years, if I live that long. Since government handout programs are at least 44% of the Federal Budget, about the same amount as the Federal government gets from income taxes, you can consider your income taxes to be at least the amount slavery you are currently under each year. When considering how much to give, add up how much income taxes it will cost you over the next 15 to 30 years to wait for me to do this all by myself. Don't forget the interest. If every body who wanted to end Taxpayer Slavery gave $20, increasing socialism could be halted this year and most of the slavery could be ended in under 5 years. Do something for yourself and the next generation, contribute now. Let us not say to our kids that we had the opportunity, but failed to act. Imagine you and your friends hearing this or a similar ad on your radio every 15 minutes and being able to say 'I helped put that on';
See more Radio AdsThis campaign is a good investment even if you don't live
in Colorado, because this campaign should get national recognition by exposing how our public officials are
violating their oath of office, an impeachable offense. National exposure
will put the Taxpayer Slavery issue into the national political discussion,
thereby creating its own momentum.

Reasons why government programs are the worst way to help the poorGovernment Welfare Programs are a war on prosperity, not poverty. Government Welfare Programs make the needy into a political football. Government Welfare Programs by nature will always become less efficient than private charities. Government Welfare Programs allow politicians to force people who disagree with them, to help them get elected. Government Welfare Programs are a form of involuntary servitude, a violation the 13th amendment Constitution. Government Welfare Programs create a sense of entitlement among the poor. Government Welfare Programs take money away from private charities. Government Welfare Programs exacerbate the human nature tendencies of laziness and irresponsibility. Government Welfare Programs are left wing extremism. Government Welfare Programs equal taxpayer slavery. Government Welfare Programs allow control freaks to force their ideas on you. Government Welfare Programs allow excuses rather than achievement to rule the day. Government Welfare Programs force you to work for somebody else first, before you and your family eat. Government Welfare Programs raise the price of every thing you buy. Government Welfare Programs require an act of Congress in order fix problems. Government Welfare Programs are costing you at least the amount of income taxes you are paying. Government Welfare Programs are responsible for the national debt, a tax on your children who didn't even have a chance to vote against them. |
The absurdity of Atheists appealing to the Constitution to remove 'under God' from the Pledge of AllegianceThe Declaration of Independence is a document which has been ratified by all 50 states. The Declaration of Independence clearly states that our unalienable Rights come from our Creator. The Constitution is the document which describes how those God given rights are to be protected. When an Atheist appeals the Constitution to try and push his idea that there is no God, he is using a document the he has already declared null and void when he disavowed God. The importance of saying we have God given rights, is that man has no jurisdiction to remove rights he has not given. If our rights did not come from God, then they came from man. What man gives, man has the authority to take away, by majority rule for instance. I wonder how many Atheists realize the jeopardy they put their own freedom in, when they claim there is no God. If an Atheist is not going to be a hypocrite, then they will have to forget about the Constitution and take what the majority gives him. The Paradox of AtheismI suppose an Atheist could say that his rights come from the
source of universal laws rather than man, probably the same source as
the laws of physics which governed the creation and coarse of the
universe. Laws which have always existed and that are all around
us. Laws which can't be changed and are a source of truth.
Sounds a lot like God to me, the only difference is if this power and
source of truth in the universe has self awareness. |
