Restoring America back to
The Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.
Taxpayer Slavery - The Quick Explanation
All wealth is actually mental and physical labor in a stored
format, therefore; YOUR paycheck is YOUR labor in a stored format.
Every government handout program requires taxpayers to pay higher taxes over and above the taxes required to perform constitutional
responsibilities.
All wealth transfer programs (welfare) are labor transfer programs. When government takes part of your pay/labor then gives it to somebody else via government social/welfare/handout programs,
you have been made to work for the people who get the handouts, whether you like it or not.
This is servitude, and if you don't like it, it is involuntary servitude, a violation of the 13th
amendment.
I call this: Taxpayer Slavery. Taxes which are spent on police, fireman and roads etc. are not part of Taxpayer Slavery, because these taxes cause the citizen to carry his own weight in the maintenance of government for the protection of HIS rights and property.
Taxpayer Slavery is the amount of taxes you are paying for government programs, such as food stamps, designed to
MAKE you carry SOMEBODY ELSE'S weight. Democrats try to sell the
idea that people have a right to health care. If this were true, doctors
would not have a right to quit their job. The doctor, or person required
to pay the doctor, would be in a position of having to provide that service, a
violation of their right not to be made into a slave. The same is true for
housing, food and education. There is no such thing as a right which
would require somebody else to be a slave. The "Social Safety
Net" is actually a Socialist Slavery Net, catching up the labor of
taxpayers in order to force them into servitude. Taxes are taken by government using
threats, intimidation and coercion, therefore; taxes taken for government social/welfare/handout programs which illegally causes involuntary servitude, represent
plunder, spoil and loot from the taxpayer, not charity.
Charity is a beautiful thing and I highly recommend it, but charity is only charity, when it is freely given.
In the long standing Supreme Court case Boyd v. United States Volume 116 U.S. Reports page 616 February 1, 1886, the Court noted that "constitutional provisions for the security of person and property should be liberally construed. . . .
It is the duty of courts to be watchful for the constitutional rights of the citizen, and against any stealthy encroachments
thereon." At p. 635. The court went on to say that what may not be done directly, may not be done indirectly through legislative fiat. In other words, something which cannot be done directly like involuntary servitude, cannot be done indirectly by creating government programs (legislative fiat) which make people involuntarily serve.
The Key to Ending Socialism, is the Taxpayer Slavery
argument. This argument allows those who oppose socialism to
stand on their constitutional right not to be put into involuntary
servitude. This page will tell you how the government is getting away with
violating your 13th amendment right, and what to do about it. The most
important thing to do, is to make Taxpayer Slavery a house hold word in
America. How many politicians would try to $buy$ their way into office
on the backs of the taxpayers if a majority of people understood Taxpayer
Slavery? Once Taxpayer Slavery is understood by the voters, those
who tried it would loose.
Government Handout Programs are Mean and Cruel
Since taxes are taken regardless of your other obligations, people who receive government handouts get first claim on the fruits of YOUR labor,
before you and your family eat.
Unbreakable laws of economics, which make socialism fail every time it is
tried, dictate the following;
- When you tax something, you will get less of it ~ taxing
work = more poverty
- When you fund something, you will get more of it ~ paying people to be poor
= more poverty
Government programs, which transfer wealth, stupidly do both of the above at
the same time, and are, therefore; actually a war on prosperity.
Who is greedier, people who don't want to be forced to involuntarily serve
wasteful government handout/election schemes, or the people who want to take the
fruit of other peoples labor and spend it as they see fit?
There are, at least, 4 ways to help the poor, friends, family, private charities and government programs.
Only government social/welfare/handout programs violate the 13th amendment by putting people in a position of involuntary servitude.
No need to do that when there are at least 3 other ways to help people which are a form of voluntary servitude because giving is a matter of free choice.
If you are wondering how the government can have programs which are unconstitutional, the answer is;
Only involuntary servitude is unconstitutional. As far as I know, nobody has lodged a
formal complaint with the government notifying them that they are serving involuntary.
The courts cannot rule on a case which has not been brought before the court.
In other words, you are going to have to SPEAK UP, if you want freedom for yourself and you children.
Currently the amount the government spends on social/welfare/handout programs is about
the same amount as the government takes in from income taxes, so you can consider
the amount you pay on income taxes to be the minimum amount of Taxpayer Slavery you suffer each
year.
Another way to look at it is, think of how much it will cost you and your family
each year you ignore this problem, by adding up the income taxes.
Think of what you could have done with your income tax dollars. Retirement, night school, private schooling for your children, helping family and friends in need or giving to private charities.
Think of what would happen to our economy if people had thousands of dollars more in their pocket each year,
the economic boon would be phenomenal!
People would have to be kicked off of welfare in order to fill all the job openings and employers would still have to increase benefits to keep people!
Corporations would have to initiate programs to educate unqualified people so as not to lose profit for lack of employees!
This is what I call being on the right side of the economic power curve!
Government Handout Programs are Left Wing Extremism
Many people think that ending welfare would be right wing extremism, but it
is only a move to the center.
Liberals believe that productive people must be forced to help the non-productive via taxes and government handouts.
Conservatives believe that everybody can be productive and that giving them a handout steals the incentive a non-productive person needs to solve the problems in their
particular life. So, left of center is when one person is FORCED to help another via government handouts, which capture some or all of a
person's labor by taxing them. Right of center would be to make some or all charity
illegal.
All government social/welfare/handout programs force the taxpayer into behaving as the left wing
dictates, just as any prohibition on charity would force the left to behave as the right wing dictates.
The CENTER would be to make helping the poor a voluntary choice. Currently
the U.S. government in engaged in left wing
extremism by violating the human rights of its citizens, forcing the agenda of the liberals down the throat of every taxpayer via government social/welfare/handout programs.
You must Stand Up For Your Rights, or they don't exist
Police must read the Miranda warning, 'You have the right to remain silent . . .', because the Supreme Court recognized that interrogation can cause a person to confess to something that they didn't do, which was the reason for the 5th Amendment in the first place.
But, if your Miranda Rights are not read to you and you confess to something you didn't do because of coercion,
YOU or your lawyer must officially complain in court or you could be convicted based upon the violation of your rights and the 5th amendment might as well not exist.
Taxpayer Slavery started slowly with FDR's government handouts, and has gotten to the point today where the government increases your slavery without a second thought.
Such as the prescription drug plan for Medicare. YOU, must be the one to stand up and officially complain that
your 13th amendment rights are being violated, or they can continue to assume that your servitude is voluntary.
Once you make an official complaint that the servitude you are put under via government social/welfare/handout programs is involuntary, it becomes
your government representatives sworn duty to dismantle/eliminate all social/welfare/handout
programs, because of their oath to uphold the Constitution. If you don't even try to use the Constitution to protect yourself against runaway government, as it was supposed to do, then
you deserve to be made into a slave.
Finding excuses to do nothing about Taxpayer Slavery such as 'It will never change . . . etc. etc.', is the sure way to dishonor all those who have died for freedom, and pass slavery on to your
children.
Here are some ways to take action against Involuntary Servitude,
and make your Involuntary Servitude Complaint Official
- Write your local and Federal representatives informing them that your 13th amendment constitutional right is being violated and remind them of their oath to defend the Constitution.
Remind them that violating their oath of office is an impeachable offense.
- Call talk radio shows and ask how the government can get away with
forcing you to work for somebody else via the tax system. Don't forget to
call it Taxpayer Slavery. This approach can make Taxpayer Slavery a house
hold word, very quickly.
- Vote for candidates who run on a platform of eliminating Taxpayer Slavery whether they can win or not.
- Run as a candidate making Taxpayer Slavery and upholding your oath of office the top issues in your campaign.
See the Run For Freedom Campaign on this web site and check out the 3 part plan and suggested radio ads.
- Sue the government for your 13th amendment rights. This is a good way to make the complaint official in court.
Anybody going to court about taxes should be counter suing based on Taxpayer Slavery.
- Put up a bill board advertising this web page such as the
one shown at the top of this page, which was slated for the 2002 Run for Freedom
Campaign.
- Talk about Taxpayer Slavery to family and friends.
Let's join efforts and return this country back to a
Land of the Free and Home of the Brave
People will live down to expectations, but they will also live up to expectations.
The socialist slavery/safety net doesn't expect people to be brave, it expects them to fail.
This web page explains how the socialist slavery/safety net cancels
freedom. Freedom REQUIRES a person to be responsible for himself,
because a person cannot force somebody else to be responsible for them without
taking away another person's freedom. Would a Land of the Brave need a social safety net? Certainly not!
Since a socialist slavery/safety net cancels freedom, you can see how Land
of the Free goes hand in hand with Home of the Brave.
Now that Republicans are in charge of the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House, the Presidency, and
we just got another brand new handout program - prescription drugs for Medicare, it has become obvious that
the brave must bring the Taxpayer Slavery issue to the forefront in order to return this country back
to a Land of the Free.
Let us not be so lazy that, by default, we trade our
Birth Right of Freedom,
for a Bowl of Government Handout Soup!
